Noblyhair.com (the” Website” or “Site) is offering Free Shipping on any online purchase over $50.00 within contiguous United States.
All prices on the Website exclude shipping fees. Your product are shipped from our facility in Chicago, Illinois, US.A.
It usually take 1-5 days for shipping carriers to update the tracking information.
1. SHIPPING OPTIONS
You can choose from a variety of domestic US shipping options for your Noblyhair.com order. There are Standard Shipping, 3-Day shipping, 2-Day shipping and Overnight Shipping. And also, we provide a variety of shipping options for your order destined for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, PO BOX and US territories.
2. SHIPPING RATES
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax. For international customers, the shipping price only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides due by your country has to be paid directly to the carrier of your country.
3. ORDER PROCESSING AND DEADLINE
Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) and may take 1 to 5 business days depending on immediate item availability.
All orders received before 3pm CST, Monday through Friday, will begin to process the same day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day. Please, note that process does not mean to ship your order.
4. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES AND CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email, with a tracking number, when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method timeframe you have selected will commence. It usually takes 24-48 hours for shipping carriers to update the tracking information. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
- Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Flat Rate Shipping can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States.
- Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail International can average 6-10 business days and USPS Express Mail International can average 3-5 business days for arrival (with pending normal customs clearance).
- Orders shipped with any of the UPS Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), will take the selected number of days for arrival.

5. SECURITY CONFIRMATION
Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.
Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:
- Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider.
- Shipping address is different from billing address.
- Order total is greater than a designated value.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.
Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time. Generally UPS will deliver your package by 8PM on the estimated date of delivery. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. It only accepts shipments to a valid street address. Any package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed or charged for an address correction fee if choose any of UPS delivery methods.
7. ELIGIBILITY OF FREE SHIPPING
Noblyhair.com is offering Free Shipping on any online purchase over $30.00 within contiguous United States. Free shipping offer is limited to UPS or USPS ground shipping only.
Free shipping offer not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping is $30.00, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn't apply to backorder, preorder, heavy or oversize items. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping.
8. WEEKEND DELIVERY
Expedited orders shipped via UPS (overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday to Friday only (We do not offer weekend expedited services). Orders shipped via USPS (standard) are delivered Monday to Saturday. Delivery is not available on Sundays. EXCLUDES WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS or POSTAL HOLIDAYS
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it takes 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS Guarantees.
9. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. Otherwise we will NOT be liable for lost package due to wrong address the buyer has entered.
10. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
All items purchased from Noblyhair.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery of your order to the carrier. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we received full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges, or upon delivery, whichever event occurs later in time.
In the event you encounter a lost package, you must contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) Trace Department to open a missing package claim. The investigation can take anywhere between 1-30 days before a result has been reached. For you to receive a refund from Noblyhair.com your claim would have to be closed out as Lost by the shipping company with the proper paperwork supplied. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers. Also, the Noblyhair.com is not responsible for any international package that is shipped to the Shipping Companies. Customers must claim their lost package through the carrier they chose. In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address provided by customer, Noblyhair.com does not offer refunds if the items is claimed to not have been delivered.
11. DOT RESTRICTIONS ON AIR SHIPPING
We are unable to ship DOT-restricted (hazmat) items to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and US Territories.
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. But the US Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items include:
- Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
- Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our standard shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF USA)
1. DUTIES AND TAXES
All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charges by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fee might be, we recommend to contact your country’s customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by NOBLYHAIR.COM.
